After having finished knitting Butterscotch I am thinking about knitting another toy. I saw this gorgeous duck in the same brand as Butterscotch and only had 3 balls of yarn in the bag as opposed to the 9-10 balls for the teddy. That obviously means much quicker and possibly easier to do. The problem I have with these toys that as beautiful as they are it takes ages to make them and you can buy them a lot cheaper ready made. And the amount of effort that has to go into making them.... I am really not talking myself into this, am I? I could be knitting something else in the meantime, something I can wear. When I eventually (and hopefully soon) I will have kids I won't mind making knitted toys for them, I won't mind bringing the stars down for them if that's what they want ;-)
